Responsibilities:
• Participate in analysis of incoming issues / cases / tickets, assign tickets to team members, track fixing of tickets and verification of fixes, tracking of SLAs, performing root cause analysis of defects and elimination of root causes and improve application / system performance.
• Review the production issue analysis and fixes, interface with customer to clarify issues in order to ensure fixes in timely manner and with minimal production impact. Adherence to SLA
• Interface with customer for issue resolution, provide status updates, Build customer confidence in team’s ability to deliver in order to support high customer satisfaction.
• Participate in requirement elicitation process defined in the project management plan to identify requirement gaps / issues (both functional and non-functional) in order to come up with a comprehensive requirement document.
• Participate in estimation, staffing analysis, and solutioning in order to provide inputs for solution delivery of the proposal.
• Participate in discussion with customer to gather scope information and perform analysis of scope information in order to provide inputs for project scope documentation.
• Participate in estimation activities considering org / unit Q&P goals and review the estimates in order to plan for required budget and resources to successfully execute the project.
• Lead the team for integration / system /performance testing based on the integration and system test plans and support UAT in order to ensure defect free program/ modules / system / infrastructure release.
• Provides input for overall implementation plan. Lead deployment of application and post production support activities.
• Participate in KT sessions, prepare and review system appreciation documents, understand application / system / infrastructure dependencies, perform shadow support in order to complete transition.
• Mentors the team on Technical competencies and provides performance feedback of the individual team members to Project Manager in order to manage performance.
• Interface with customer for issue resolution, provide status updates, Build customer confidence in team’s ability to deliver in order to support high customer satisfaction.
• Build repository of team’s collective knowledge, seek information and leverage knowledge from other projects in order to drive higher efficiency and effectiveness and preserve organization knowledge.
Requirements:
a. Having banking domain expertise in the area of retail , corporate and channel banking for Russia markets .
b. Have implemented banking solutions with vendors(All Russian brands, Flexcube , Finacle , temenos , Sap etc. or banks.)
c. Know how to capture business requirements
d. Understanding of sound Banking processes is a must.
e. Regulatory knowledge in Russian banking would be an advantage.
f. Articulate well and knowledgably to the customer
g. Engage with the customer on retail and corporate banking.
h. Minimum experience of 2-4 yrs in the industry.
i. Knowledge of English – mandatory – read , write & speak
