We will be launching a website for a mortgage broker and need some animations done to explain mortgage concepts.

The first will be a short video explaining the benefits of using a mortgage broker vs. a big bank. This is an example of such a video; however, we do not expect the cartoon style to be identical.:

We will evaluate bids based on portfolios - budget is tight so we're going for bang for buck.

Timeline is roughly 8-10 weeks before launch.
